Existing conditions result in a clearance of 890mm, instead of 900mm to 920mm.

Departure from Deemed-to-Satisfy Provisions

The existing walls are structural and would require significant work to increase the toilet to a 900mm width.

The Performance Solution

Using a 30mm or 32mm grabrail will help to maximise the clearance in the toilet area and maintain the relationship between the pan location and each grabrail.
