Male and female toilets (including gendered ambulant toilets) will not be provided.

Departure from Deemed-to-Satisfy Provisions

Due to the use of the community building and the potential for groups of males or females at different times, the approach has been to provide unisex toilets.

The Performance Solution

The solution offers greater flexibility and rationalises the number of toilets, given that the building will be occupied by males or females at times (depending on the community group using it).
